It is always neat to see something that feels like an analog creation in a world where most webcomics feel like they’ve been slapped together in Photoshop or Painter. The brushed inks of Agnes Quill are fresh, it looks groovy and a little filthy, which somehow lends it some innocence..

It shouldn’t be too much of a surprise to find out that the guy behind Girls Gone Wild is a jerk. It is surprising to find out just how much of a jerk he is: Joe Francis, the founder of the Girls Gone Wild empire, is humiliating me. He has my face pressed against the hood of a car, my arms twisted hard behind my back. He’s pushing himself against me, shouting: “This is what they did to me in Panama City!” It’s after 3 a.m. and we’re in a parking lot on the outskirts of Chicago.
