THQ announced three new WWE-licensed titles. Yuke's is making "WWE Day of Reckoning" Nintendo Gamecube game and the new-ish "Smackdown vs. RAW" PS2 game. Studio Gigante is working on "WrestleMania 21" for Xbox. A "WWE Survivor Series" is being produced for GameBoy Advance. (For some reason, not all of the the newly available, per-SKU game pages were linked in the initial article)

How can a dead person have an agent, particulary where there are no specific works concerned other than a sense of character? It’s one thing to insist that Duck Soup is a work that should be protected (which any more simply means controlled by whomever has the most buX0rs), but shouldn’t personalities and such pass into the public domain as well?
