Cue the keening sad-type noises: Dead Rush, best described as GTA-meets-Resident-Evil, was one of the games that most excited me at E3. Now it's dead. And because Treyarch is internal to Activision, it likely will not become a Dead Red Revolver-style "back from the dead" success story. Which is ironic, considering the content.

It is surprising to find out just how much of a jerk he is: Joe Francis, the founder of the Girls Gone Wild empire, is humiliating me. He has my face pressed against the hood of a car, my arms twisted hard behind my back. He’s pushing himself against me, shouting: “This is what they did to me in Panama City!” It’s after 3 a.m. and we’re in a parking lot on the outskirts of Chicago.
