Outside the Inbox, a collection of “songs inspired by and titled after the subject lines of mass-email (spam),” is cool in both concept and execution, but Brad Sucks’ other music is also very ear-friendly. I suspect his claim to being a “one man band with no fans” is unfounded.

It shouldn’t be too much of a surprise to find out that the guy behind Girls Gone Wild is a jerk. It is surprising to find out just how much of a jerk he is: Joe Francis, the founder of the Girls Gone Wild empire, is humiliating me. He has my face pressed against the hood of a car, my arms twisted hard behind my back. He’s pushing himself against me, shouting: “This is what they did to me in Panama City!” It’s after 3 a.m. and we’re in a parking lot on the outskirts of Chicago.
