Update: IMDB lists it as having been made in 2003, and the comments state that it can be found on special-edition DVD for US$25, and is an homage to Blade Runner. I’m going to try and find it at Tsutaya Video next time I’m there.

It is surprising to find out just how much of a jerk he is: Joe Francis, the founder of the Girls Gone Wild empire, is humiliating me.
