Enjoy some downloadable MP3s and Quicktime videos from plus/minus. This is for everyone, but especially for Sturgill, who I believe is currently existing somewhere web-inconvenient. Hint for the iTunes users: adding a QT movie to your Library, then converting it to AAC will give you just the sound layer of any QT video. Neat. Oh. (via KD)

It shouldn’t be too much of a surprise to find out that the guy behind Girls Gone Wild is a jerk. It is surprising to find out just how much of a jerk he is: Joe Francis, the founder of the Girls Gone Wild empire, is humiliating me. He has my face pressed against the hood of a car, my arms twisted hard behind my back. He’s pushing himself against me, shouting: “This is what they did to me in Panama City!” It’s after 3 a.m. and we’re in a parking lot on the outskirts of Chicago.
